This notice describes the current informational website of Hekaya Creative Production, a Bahrain-based media network and creative production company (CR 101349-3). There are no accounts, contact forms or online purchases on this website. It displays supplied official names, roles and photographs as part of Hekaya’s presentation.
Cookies and browser storage
The audited website does not set application cookies or use analytics, advertising pixels or embedded third-party players. Fonts, images and icons are served locally. If you change the motion setting, the website stores only “paused” or “enabled” under hekaya-motion in sessionStorage. This tab-scoped preference is managed by your browser; it is not an advertising identifier and is not transmitted by the application. Language selection is represented in the page URL. No localStorage is used.
Information used to display the website
Scroll position, pointer position, screen size, motion preferences and rendering capabilities are used in memory to display the experience. The application does not send these measurements to an analytics service. Serving a page necessarily exposes network information, such as an IP address, requested URL and request headers, to the hosting infrastructure. The production provider, any logging, recipients, processing locations and retention periods remain to be confirmed before publication.
Contact and external platforms
Email, WhatsApp, program and social links open external applications or websites. No third-party player is loaded here. If you follow a link, the receiving service can process network and account information under its own policies. If you send Hekaya a message, Hekaya receives the contact information and message you choose to provide and uses them to respond and handle your enquiry. Email and messaging providers, access arrangements, lawful grounds and retention practices require confirmation. Do not send sensitive information unnecessarily.
Your privacy enquiries
Bahrain’s Personal Data Protection Law, Law No. 30 of 2018, provides rights subject to its conditions, including access, correction, blocking or erasure, objection, and withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis for processing. You may also complain to the competent personal-data-protection authority. Contact admin@hekaya.network about information Hekaya processes or a rights request; any identity verification should be proportionate.
Required review before publication
Confirm the registered controller name and business address, hosting and communication providers, purposes and lawful grounds, recipients, retention, overseas processing and applicable transfer requirements. Confirm the rights-request procedure and whether the final hosting setup introduces any storage or consent requirement. The English spelling of the legal representative’s name remains provisional.
